Support Ministries
Support is provided to St. Paul’s ministries by groups as varied as those engaged in fundraising to those working hands-on behind the scenes. Among the fundraisers are those that invite the community to help support community service programs such as St. Paul’s food pantry. Other programs support programs such as our children’s Christian formation classes. Unsung are those who quietly fold Sunday bulletins, or answer phones, or work throughout the year creating crafts for sale or hosting quarterly yard sales. All these hard working volunteers are silent saints that we honor.
Desk Volunteers
Desk Volunteers are probably the first voice a caller to St. Paul's encounters. These women and men who staff the reception desk every hour, every day the office is open, welcoming all who call or visit are a vital ministry. SS. Mary, Martha, and Ann's Guild members further the goals of many of the other St. Paul's ministries through volunteer service, raising financial support for church and community programs, and encouraging personal spiritual growth. St. Paul's Christmas Homes Tour is the well-known and much-anticipated annual fundraiser.
