Liturgical Arts Guild
[God] has filled them with skill to do every kind of work done by an artisan or by a designer or by an embroiderer in blue, purple, and crimson yarns, and in fine linen, or by a weaver—by any sort of artisan or skilled designer. Exodus 35:35
Our Liturgical Arts Guild works to create seasonal art installations that inspire wonder and direct the focus to worship, as well as working to foster appreciation for the visual arts in the congregation.
Most often the art installations take the form of objects suspended over the altar, making the connection to the Holy Eucharist.
God is ceaselessly creative and fills people with the gift to co-create with God.
If you’d like to join the Liturgical Arts Guild in creating these displays and fostering arts appreciation at St. Paul’s, contact Jay LaNunziata.
