Loosely Bound – Wiley Cash

March 15, 2023 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am

Our St. Paul’s Loosely Bound Book Group will meet again on Wednesday, March 15, at 10 a.m. in Friendly Hall/Houston Library. In a bit of a different vein, the focus of our March meeting will be on a single bestselling author and “North Carolina literary treasure, Wiley Cash.

Many of you will know that Wiley Cash is the special guest speaker of an upcoming Friends of Joyner Library fundraising event. So, in advance of that event, we’ll have our own discussion (minus Cash, unfortunately) of Cash’s multiple award-winning novels.

Cash is the Alumni Author-in-Residence at UNC-Asheville. His four bestselling books focus on the environment, family secrets, community and family relationships. All have some element of mystery and suspense.
Join us as we read and discuss this relatively new NC author who is quickly earning his place among our nation’s top writers.
Please read any one (or more) of Cash’s books:
A Land More Kind than Home
This Dark Road to Mercy
The Last Ballad
When Ghosts Come Home
Feel free to share this information as you wish – bring a friend and your favorite morning beverage to join us on Wednesday, March 15, 10 a.m.! We’ll have morning treats to share.
Contact either Vivian (252-917-7320, [email protected]) or Anne (252-717-7432, [email protected]) for more information.
