Refugee Assistance

altIn partnership with the
Episcopal Diocese of East Carolina’s Interfaith Refugee Ministry, St. Paul’s has sponsored families from across the globe—Bosnia, Cuba, and Burma/Myanmar, in the last fifteen years to resettle in Greenville. From securing and furnishing housing, raising financial support for the first few months of life in the community, arranging for English lessons, and assisting in job hunting, the congregation has opened its arms to these three families. In all aspects of the resettlement, there is truly something that everyone at church can contribute.
