Confirmation

Takes place after participation in a series of classes designed to explore Episcopal traditions and expression of faith. Youth Confirmands (a church name for those studying for confirmation), will begin preparation in February 2013 for the Bishop’s visit in May.  The decision to affirm baptismal vows through Confirmation is a step that requires knowledge and maturity.  Young people are usually in the 9th grade or higher.
